Methods: F-fty one p a t h s were assessed for wound pain, exudate, comdort and healing smtrrs before and during wound m a n ~ e m t with ActlFormCooP. 0ver;rll pain and the individual types of pain classified as 'ache'+'burn','sharp' or 'sdnging' were assessed. k s u h : StadsticaIly significant reduction of ache, burn or sharp pdn types was found when kiformCodrM was used to replace other dressings. Improvements in healing were observed for 46 of the study wounds with reduction in exudate and Improved comfort for those patienu with 'Painful' ar 'Unwrnfcrrtable' wounds.
